The Soft Comfort Standard Hot & Cold Pad 6 x 10 inch is ideal for applying to a wide variety of body parts to reduce pain and swelling from strains, sprains, and other soft tissue injuries. The soft, frost free cover allows the gel pad to be applied directly to the skin without using a towel or wrap and allows the pad to conform to the area of application. Store this reusable gel pad in the freezer for cold therapy applications, or heat in the microwave for heat therapy applications. Non-toxic, biodegradable gel is long lasting and retains cold and heat longer than traditional pads.

Soft Comfort Standard Hot & Cold Pad Specifications:

• Cold Therapy Instructions: Place in freezer for 2-3 hours until correct temperature is reached. Can be stored in freezer until ready to use.
• Heat Therapy Instructions: Heat for 30 seconds in microwave, knead, then check. Continue heating in 10 second intervals until desired warmth is reached. Knead after each heating and check the pad with the palm of your hand before applying.
