Shipping Information

Most smaller size (weighing less than 4 pounds) in stock items are shipped via USPS (the Post Office). Heavier items are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx. Please call our toll free number for item availability or specific shipping requirements. If your purchase requires oversized delivery or truck delivery, these charges are in addition to standard shipping/handling charges. Alaska and Hawaii orders may have additional shipping charges. Oversized items may have additional shipping charges. You will be contacted before additional charges are added for your approval.

Refused Shipment/Undeliverable Package

If you refuse a package upon arrival or your package is undeliverable due to customer error, shipping charges are not refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply for return shipping.

Canceling an Order

In most cases, once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel the order due to the speed in which we process and ship orders . If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact us for a Return Authorization via email or telephone once you have received the product.
