The Soft Comfort Large Hot & Cold Pad is a large size reusable pack designed for applying hot or cold for treating strains, sprains, tendonitis and other injuries. Caregivers will find the soft, frost free cover is gentle against the skin and does not need to be wrapped in a towel.

The Soft Comfort Large Hot & Cold Pad is ideal for applying to the lower back, thigh, hamstrings and other large muscles for relieving pain. This large 10 inch long, 13 inch wide gel pad is easier to use than ice bags or hot towels. The non-toxic biodegradable gel is reusable and retains cold and heat longer than traditional pads. Store this cold pad in a freezer until needed; the gel ice pad will remain soft and flexible. If heat therapy is needed, place pad in a microwave for heating.

• Cold Therapy Instructions: Place in freezer for 2-3 hours until correct temperature is reached. Can be stored in freezer until ready to use.
• Heat Therapy Instructions: Heat for 30 seconds in microwave, knead, then check. Continue heating in 10 second intervals until desired warmth is reached. Knead after each heating and check with the pack with the palm of your hand before applying.
