The
Safety Sure Padded Transfer Belt
is a cushioned belt with anti-slide, skin friendly material on the inside surface that prevents it from riding up. This user friendly padded transfer aid has multiple hand grips that assist caregivers in safely transferring or ambulating with the user, and also helps to prevent caregiver back injuries.
The Safety Sure Padded Transfer Belt has a "fix lock" type buckle that allows belt to be tightened without opening the buckle. The quick release plastic buckle makes it easy for caregivers to put on and take off, and enables caregivers to quickly and easily release the user. The hand grips along the belt provide caregivers a firm grip and good working position.
Made from a sturdy, woven cotton fabric, the Safety Sure Padded Transfer Belt features an anti-slide surface that secures the belt in place. Choose from 3 sizes: Small, Medium, Large.

Safety sure padded transfer belt
I bought this for my mentally retarded sister who is having trouble walking. Having 7 handholds to grab is so helpful and makes it so much easier to help her transfer from a chair to the wheelchair. When she wants to walk a bit, the handholds provide a good grip to steady her.

padded transfer belt
I have been using this belt for many years as I have a muscular dystrophy that affects arms along with legs. With this on, my family is able to get me in and out of the car without anyone getting hurt, and comfortable for me to wear also. Just purchased another as the plastic buckle broke but after constant use for past 5 years, so very durable.

We are looking after a senior 89 years old. He is laid up in bed. Would like to make him sit on the edge of the bed or put him on a wheel chair. Do you have any such product to aid. He stiffens up when we try to move him? Thanks. Hope to hear from you soon

The Safety Transfer Belt would work if you could get him to sit up. The Low Friction Transfer Board with 2 Hand Holes by UltraSlick may be another option for transfer to a wheelchair.
