The Ventopedic Left Palm Protector provides cushioning support and moisture control for the contracted left hand. This palm protector creates a soft barrier between fingers and the palm of the right hand and prevents severe finger contractures from causing pressure ulcers in the palm of the hand.

The Ventopedic Left Palm Protector provides protection for the palm and supports the fingers in a contracted left hand. The Ventopedic fabric absorbs moisture and prevents bacterial growth which eliminates odors in a contracted stroke hand. The special fabric is made of both hydrophobic and hydrophilic fibers that absorb moisture and allow it to escape so the skin stays dry and comfortable. These fibers attract and expel moisture four times faster than regular fabric. The fabric also creates a soft cushioning layer which relieves pressure. By allowing moisture and air to escape, skin temperature will remain at a regulated temperature. This helps to decrease the risk of skin breakdown inside the hand. This latex free fabric can be machine washed and dried.

The Ventopedic Left Palm Protector fits the Left hand. For the correct size, measure the width of the MP joints (knuckles). It is available in 4 sizes: X-Small fits a petite hand 2.5 to 3 inches, Small fits 3 to 4 inches, Medium fits 4 to 5 inches, Large fits 5 to 6 inches.
