The Twist N Write Pencils 4 Pack includes a package of four ergonomic pencils designed especially for smaller hands. The Y shape is the same ergonomic design as the PenAgain Pens.

The Twist N Write Pencils naturally promote an efficient tripod grasp, and never need sharpening. Each pencil includes a #2, 2 mm lead that provides long lasting write out, and is safe for standardized tests. These ergonomic pencils help kids learn to write. The rocket-shaped design ensures that children hold the pencil correctly and allows them to focus on guiding the pencil rather than forcefully gripping it. Caregivers will find these adapted pencils provide increased control resulting in improved penmanship, and are very helpful for kids with weak motor skills, ADHD, autism. helping with hand strength

My son is 5 and has very limited strength in his hands. I cannot get him to use a three-point grasp and watch helpless as he insists on a fist-grip to write. But this Twist N Write is helping him become stronger and more natural in his grasp. Every day he practices and enjoys it because the pencils are really cool-looking. And it is working!

SO helpful!

This pencil was recommended by my childs teacher. He struggles with fine motor and holding a traditional pencil properly. He has been using this pencil at home and at school for a week and I've seen HUGE improvements in his writing. He even commented last night that he felt it was easier to hold a crayon now, which made me very happy because I feared that he would become dependent on this style of writing device...but I see the opposite is happening! It's helping in so many areas...I highly recommend this product!

Well worth the money!!

My daughter lost the ends of her fingers, mid-joint to the tips of fingers. These penails have improved her penmanship and eliminted the fatigue and cramps a regular pencil causes. It has also boosted her self esteem and confidence in her writing skills. I have also purchased the pen and am extremely satisfied with both.
