Spenco Silicore Heel Pillows are made with specialized material that cushions and protects pressure prone areas of the body. Silicore fibers have unique siliconized hollow core shafts that retain their loft and allow air flow instead of matting down. Silicone coating lubricates each fiber to reduce friction and shear forces while preventing moisture penetration or retention. The breathable cotton/polyester fabric is fully washable, dryable and radio-translucent. These pressure relief foot pillows are sized as one size fits all with Velcro® closure.
