The Rocker Knife with T-handle is an easy-to-use adaptive knife that cuts food with a rocking motion. This unique knife provides a mechanical advantage for cutting food to help people with poor hand strength. By applying pressure from directly above the object to be cut, less strength and dexterity are needed by the user to cut food.

The Rocker Knife with T-handle has a 4-1/2 inch stainless steel single-edge curved blade that easily cuts through food and can be sharpened like any other kitchen knife. The knife is easy to use - simply apply gentle pressure to the handle with your whole hand then simply rock back and forth. There is a choice of either a wooden handle or a black plastic handle. A carrying case for safely transporting the rocker knife is also available.

I have spasticity in my hand and this turned out to be the best knife for me instead of having to ask someone to cut my meat for me now I carry one in my purse and have one at my dining room table I was so pleased I went back and bought a second one if you are slightly handicapped I highly recommend this knife
