The Rainbow Economy Gait Belts are designed to provide assistance for people who have difficulty transferring, walking, or standing. Made of high quality 100% natural cotton with bright colored stripes, these belts are comfortable for the user. After wrapping the belt around the user's waist, position the raised buckle seam on the outside in front. Next, push the metal tip through the buckle, placing it over the metal buckle teeth, and through the other side of buckle. Caregivers should secure the belt tight enough that it will not slip, yet comfortable for the user. Any excess length can be tucked under the strap. Caregivers providing mobility assistance will find the belt helpful for preventing back injuries. The Rainbow Economy Gait Belts are available in 48, 54, 60 and 72 inch lengths. Smaller 32, 36, 40 and 44 inch lengths, and Safety Quick Release in 36 and 40 inch lengths also available.
