Q: Sizing questions... are the sizes based on diameter of the wrist? Also, is it possible to add weight to a smaller size?

Asked by: Elise - 11/27/2017
A: Size is based on the largest part of the forearm. There aren't open slots for additional weight but if you wanted to cut slits into the fabric and sew in additional weight you could.

Q: Will this help with carrying drinks? I serve drinks in my job, and my tremors are a problem. How long can this be comfortably worn? Is the material durable? Can this be washed? How do I measure for size?

Asked by: Marissa - 1/6/2018
A: The Forearm Weights will help with tremors. Some PTs may recommend starting out with less weight and working up to prevent fatigue. Hand washing and air dying is recommended. To choose correct size measure the largest part of the forearm, usually just below the elbow.

Q: Is this weighted wrist sleeve a 1 pound weight? I need 1 pound weight for my mom's small wrist. I need two of them for each hand to help her when she eats.
