Q:Do you have a transfer or gait belt that I can use for my husband once he gets his g-tube put in? Our current gait belt will most likely rub across the tube and pull it out when I lift my husband to transfer him.
Asked by: Meredith

A: We do not have a Gait Belt especially for G Tube users but do have a product called the SafetySure Mary's Aide Transfer Sling-CMT6045 which is shaped like an undergarment, and is designed to be worn over the client's clothing and would not rubbed against his tube.

Q:I have a client that is currently using a surgical wrap but it binds and pinches. This item looks promising but he has dystonia, if this band moves on him, will it pull out his tube? Do you have a return policy if the product turns out to not be an option for him?
Asked by: Christie
- 11/10/2015
A: It is possible that the belt will move a little with normal movements. Our return policy can be found under the ordering info tab towards the top of your screen.

A: A dogs torso is probably too small for the Tuubezz to fit snugly. However, if you are handy with a needle and thread, you could alter the Tuubezz to fit.

Q:Will a TUUBEZZ Feeding Tube Belt works comfortably with a peg tube? I have tried a G-tube bag and they said that a peg tube would fit in it, but it was too tight that it hurt my stomach. Is a TUUBEZZ belt will be the right one for me?
Asked by: Donovan
- 1/25/2017
A: As long as the tube is long enough to be laid along the fold of belt and wrap around the torso.

Q:My uncle has both a G and J tube. He needs protection from pulling out his tubes due to his dementia. Can this cover both tubes?
Asked by: GeriCare
- 9/16/2017
A: It's only has one opening with the buttonhole placed at the point of the tube insertion, by belly button. You could make another opening for a Second Tube but will depend how long the tubing's are to all fit inside the belt.

A: The TUUBEZZ belt is made in the USA of 95% cotton and 5% spandex for softness, absorbency, and durability. So you can put it in water but does not offer protection from the water for your tube.

Q:Would this work with a G/J-tube? That is what my 2 year old has and she will open the medicine port on the J-tube. And even even the tube are not plugged into their ports she just opens them up and lets herself drain. In your opinion would this help?

Q:What if your G tube is not located by the belly button but higher up and to the left of it?
Will it work with a dangler tube as I don't have a low profile button type tube?
Asked by: Stacy
- 12/7/2019
A: The TUUBEZZ Feeding Tube Belt should still work. Just place the belt over your button and adjust the belt as needed. You may have to size down depending on where your G-tube is located.
