Q: Is this appropriate for people with hand tremors?

A: The double handled feature is for added safety for those who no longer have the strength or dexterity to hold a mug with one hand. Because the mug is ceramic the additional weight may help with the tremors, however, it is strongly advised to use caution with hot liquids.
