No Drill Stainless Steel Peened Grab Bars
are easy to install and do not require drilling. The unique installation system "nie wieder bohren" ("no drilling required" in German) alternative attachment technology secures these peened grab bars to a wide variety of surfaces such as tile, ceramic, marble, granite, stone, glass, brick, metal.
The No Drill Stainless Steel Peened Grab Bars are heavy duty 18 gauge stainless steel grab bars that are ADA approved for fall prevention and balance assistance. The patented mounting adapter and adhesive create an extremely durable seal to secure the bars to smooth, non-porous surfaces. Using he unique mounting system, the grab bar can be placed exactly where needed and at whatever angle is required to accommodate the user. These super sturdy grab bars with versatile installation technology can be used as permanent fixtures, able to hold an exceptional amount of weight for a lifetime without shearing or failing. If necessary, this advanced adhesive material can be easily removed and is guaranteed to leave no permanent marks. Please note: adhesive will not bond to plastered, wall-papered, veneered, or painted surfaces.

No-Drill Shower Grab Bar Does the Job
Easy to install and it does the job. Honestly, I wasn't looking for something that would support my whole weight (160 lbs), just something I could hold onto when I was showering or stepping in or out to the shower. This fits the bill. In fact I ordered two and I'm about to order another one form my other shower.

nice quality
Installed these for my grandfather to help stabilize when getting in and out of the shower, he has to step over the tub wall. Have been installed for a year with no issues. We didn't want to risk drilling through the tile so we went with these. Installation was easy and quick; just make sure to clean the surface well so the epoxy can make a good bond.

I Waited two weeks before writing this review. I installed the Grab bar as per the instructions it was very easy and clean. We waited 24 hours before getting the bar wet, so far it is holding just as promised. It is very strong and looks great. My wife is very pleased and has urge me to buy 2 more for other bathrooms in our home. Great product great company. Thank you, Lou

Will the unit affix firmly to tile if a grout line is under one of the mounting flanges?

A:
Surface must be flat on plane to avoid continuous surface tension on the adhesive.
If placed on the grout line the surface tension may be interrupted causing failure to adhere completely.

A:
When installed properly the weight capacity of the bonding agent is 250 pounds. However, this greatly depends on the weight capacity of the material the bars are being mounted too.

Are the Peened Grab Bars all 1.5 inches thick? Are they available at 1.25 inches, my preference? Do offer some of the other NoDrill products: other grab bars at 1.25 inches?

A:
The No Drill Stainless Steel Peened Grab Bar is only available in the 1.5 diameter. The Invisia line of grab bars are all 1.25 diameter with 500 lb weight capacity, however, they are required to be drilled into the supporting structure of the walls.
