Myself Belts have a faux buckle to make them look like a standard belt. These easy to use belts can be opened and closed easily using one hand, and always goes back to the correct tightness. First, snap one end of the belt around the front left belt loop to attach the belt to the pants. Next, slide the belt through the rest of the belt loops. Finally, secure the Velcro ends together.

The Myself Belts One Handed Black Belts are available in a variety of sizes: 30/32, 32/34, 34/36, 36/38, 38/40, 40/42, 42/44, 44/46, 46/48 inches. Specify size for waist measurement.
