Limbkeepers Protective Arm Sleeves
are arm sleeves that protect the fragile skin on arms and hands from tears, abrasions, and bruising. These soft sleeves provide cushioned comfort without unnecessary bulk.
Limbkeepers Protective Arm Sleeves can be used on either arm thanks to their universal design. The sleeves stay in place and retain their shape without adhesive, and they do not have fasteners, which makes them easier to put on. The sleeves do not have uncomfortable seams, and the fabric is easy to care for. The fabric wicks moisture for quick drying, keeping wearers more comfortable. The high performance blend of yarns with Lycra Spandex, nylon, and elastic makes the sleeve form fitting without compression. The sleeves allow wearers to feel confident, continue daily activities, maintain quality of life and independence while reducing the risk of injury and preserving skin integrity. Limbkeepers Arm Sleeves are sold as a pair and are available in assorted colors. These are the original heavy weight sleeves. Limbkeepers are now available in light and medium weight options by special request.
IMPORTANT NOTE: These sleeves should not be worn over open wounds. If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your physician before using this product. If discomfort occurs discontinue use.

Spouse/caregiver of dementia patient
My husband (83 yrs) has very fragile skin on his arms. And because of the dementia he cannot understand that he shouldn't pick at skin tears. The limbkeepers are great. They fit well, they stay on, he doesn't fuss about wearing them, and his arms are healing already!

I bought two sleeves as I work at night putting freight on the shelf. Being 77 years old my skin is super thin and the least little thing tears my skin and makes it bleed. The first time I wore them, they were too warm. Also the end around the bicep was real tight which made it uncomfortable most of the five hours. But I did not tear my skin that night.

No, they are made of 89% Polypropylene 8% Nylon 2% Lycra Spandex 1% Elastic. No latex. Although these do not fasten around the thumb the Posey Armsleeves we carry do, their item numbers start off CPO600

Limbkeepers are available in Khaki, but that is the lightest color that we carry. They are made of a soft, breathable, moisture wicking fabric which will help to keep skin cool. One size fits most.

We have the Posey Arm Skinsleeves (Part Number:CPO600) which are made out of breathable 95% soft cotton and 5% Lycra fabric and a thumb cut out that keeps the arm sleeve in place leaving the fingers and thumb free.

Have not heard any Feedback of them snagging but they are made out of a blend of yarns with Lycra Spandex, nylon, and elastic.
