The Leg Lifter is a helpful leg positioning aid that allows a caregiver or user to easily lift a weak or casted leg. Caregivers for people who have difficulty moving their leg due to a stroke, weakness, or other mobility disability may find this item helpful.

The Leg Lifter has a hand loop at one end, and a larger foot loop at the other. The foot loop opening can be positioned to accommodate a leg cast. By placing the foot loop over the foot, the user can then easily lift the leg onto a bed, or place the leg in a more comfortable position. This leg positioning aid features reinforced polyester webbing over a rigid but adjustable aluminum rod. Durable reinforced 1 inch polyester webbing covers a rigid but adjustable 26 inch long metal rod. The Leg Lifter measures 42 inches long.

WONDERFUL LEG LIFTER

Ive found this item to be of excellent quality and very functional. I started using it to assist movement of my surgerized right leg after total right hip replacement. This item is not included in any of the "hip kits" designed to assist rehabilitation and mobility. It is immensely helpful in moving my leg while muscles of that leg heal & gain strength after operative disruption. Thank you for this efficient and economical solution!

We purchased the leg lifter after my mom had a total knee replacement. It worked really well to assist her getting into bed. She was able to get into and out of bed by herself. It was a really help.

Q: we currently have a leg lifter, but the foot loop doesn't remain open, so it's difficult to slip it over the shoe. Does your foot loop stay open so one can easily slip it over the shoe?

A: It remains open and is large enough to accommodate a cast.
