Q: Will this knife cut a steak? Is it sharp enough? My husband has had stroke and can only use his right hand. do these knives come adaptable for a left or right hand? Thank you.

A: The KE-Classic Rocker Knife may not cut steak as steak knives are usually serrated. The KE-Classic Rocker Knife can be used with both right and left hand.
