The Hands Free Hair Dryer Stand is a durable metal holder with foam padding and stable U-shaped base that securely holds a hair dryer. The 17 inch flexible goose neck bends and pivots, allowing the user to position the hair dryer to the best angle. Caregivers will find this portable hair drying stand allows them to use both hands for styling hair.

The Hands Free Hair Dryer Stand holds hand held hair dryers with handles up to 2-1/4 inch diameter. The space saving tapered base measures 8 inches long, 6 inches wide, 1/8 inch high. The hair dryer stand is ideal for individuals with decreased upper arm strength, shoulder weakness or tremor, one-handed styling.

Hands Free Hair Dryer Stand

The stand works as advertised, but the hair dryer must be positioned exactly over the two legs to prevent it from tipping the whole stand and dryer over. I found you had to be very precise when setting it all up. Also, the bungee cord provided to hold the dryer in place (not shown in any of the pictures on the website) is awkward to use...especially for someone who has trouble holding on to things like hairdryers! I'll use the stand because I already have it but would look for one with a heavier base if I were doing it again.

Hands free stand

Love the hands free hair dryer stand. I can't use my right arm do to shoulder replacement. Now I can style my hair again.

Hands Free Hair Dryer Stand

The concept for hands free hair drying while seated is a good one, however, the unit received could not be assembled. The company was cooperative in sending out another one with a return label for the first.

very good product

We have had to assist my daughter with drying her hair for years! She is not able to handle (multitasks) routines that require her to do two things at once. This has given her independence to dry her hair for the first time by herself and we are thrilled!!
