The GripWare™ High-Sided Dishes are designed with tall vertical sides and non-slip rubber feet on the bottom. Individuals with decreased hand coordination, weakness, or tremors will find these adapted dishes helpful for making scooping food easier.
The GripWare High-Sided Dishes are available in 2 styles: Hi-Lo or Regular. The dishes measure 7.75 inches in diameter. On the bottom are non-slip, textured rubber round feet that prevent the dishes from sliding. These adapted dishes are made of melamine dishes which is safe for washing in a household dishwasher, but microwave use is not recommended. The GripWare Dish High-Sided Regular Dish maintains the same 1.25-inch height completely around the circumference of the dish. The GripWare High-Sided Hi-Lo Dish has a sloping side that tapers from 1.25 down to 0.5 inches, allowing utensils to easily enter and exit the dish.
