A:
It is not fragile, the beads are plastic and is on a stretchable mono-filament string, so as long as it's not stretched to far it shouldn't break. Shipping and Handling Charges can be found in the upper right hand corner under Ordering Info: Help + Policies. It will also calculate it when you put an item in your cart.
