Easy Grip-In Mug
has an ergonomically curved internal handle that enables the hand to fit through the mug, eliminating the need for grasping. People who have difficulty grasping a standard mug may find this adapted mug helpful.
The Easy Grip-In Mug is specifically designed for individuals suffering from stroke, Parkinson's or other upper extremity disabilities with grasping, fine motor, cognitive, or upper extremity difficulties. The cup also features an easy open and close lid lever, a 360 degree rotating lid, an adjustable drinking spout, and a non-slip rubber grip base that is cup-holder friendly. This easy to grip mug holds 16 ounces of hot or cold beverages. As an added bonus, when the Easy Grip-In Mug is filled with a warm beverage, the gentle warmth from the beverage soothes the hand too. The Easy Grip-In Mug is recommended by OT's and Physical Therapists for medical rehabilitation as an adaptive drinking aid.

on this particular Sippy cup does it lock ?? My nephew is totally lame cerabal palsey The cup must have a top easy open ``````easy close `````` he always has this cup .

No, the lid does not lock. It is however a simple pull off/push on lid.

There is no designated hole for a straw but you could probably pinch a flexible straw and fit it through the drinking hole.

May I see a top view of the lid? Is it spill/leak proof?

There is a picture provided below the product picture, just keep scrolling over. The lid opens and closes but is not "spill proof". If the mug tips over there may be a spill but it would be less mess.
