Use this Sock Aid Tool to put your socks on without bending over. The Sock Aid is great for anyone who has difficulty bending due to back problems or total hip replacement surgery. The Sock Aid's flexible plastic sheet contours comfortably around your heel and keeps your sock open for your foot to enter.

Inside of the Deluxe Sock Aid is lined with nylon to reduce friction, and outside lined with terrycloth to hold the sock firmly until it is on the foot. Pull the sock onto your foot by pulling the cloth straps that are attached to the upper end of the plastic sheet. The Sock Aid is washable.

Sock Aid

I have to have one of my hips replaced, but before I can I still need to to go on with my life. Bending down or pulling my leg up to get a sock on isn't an option for me. This aid helps greatly. I would make one modification to it, that being the cloth material doesn't hold sock as well as it could. I plan on adding the "hook" part of Velcro to the top of the cloth which should hold the sock much better. Otherwise great, simple, inexpensive help.

Excellent answer to a humiliating problem

I have struggled to put on socks for nearly a year as my back and knee arthritis made lifting my legs more and more difficult. The Sock Aid works like a champion and I no longer have a problem. Thank you for a great item!

Q: Is this product easy to learn. And quick and easy to put on my socks ?

A: The Deluxe Sock Aid is very easy to use, simply put the sock on the sock aid, slide your foot in and pull the handles up to pull the sock onto the foot.
