The special design increases safety when chopping food to increase independence in the kitchen for people with the use of one hand, individuals with fine motor or grasping disabilities, or tremors.

The Cutting Board with Pivot Knife includes a food-grade cutting board with 4 suction cups on the bottom to secure the board to the work surface, helping to prevent it from sliding during use. The chef knife attaches to the cutting board with a pivot hinge to control the chopping motion.
