This has been a God send to me. I have arthritis in my neck, and the heat from this really helps me. It's a little heavy to me, because of my pain, but most times I can adjust it to not hurt from the weight. It can be used anywhere, but I use it for my neck. Thank you for carrying this wonderful product!
