The Carex Bed Buddy Body Wrap is a contoured wrap for moist heat or cold therapy that is filled with 100% organic materials. The soft, versatile wrap is ideal for relieving body pain through the use of therapeutic moist heat or cold. Apply the wrap to the neck, shoulder, arm, leg, knee, or back to for convenient pain relief.

The Bed Buddy Body Wrap provides natural hot or cold therapy that is safe for the environment, people, and pets. The wrap is comfortably held in place by Velcro closures. The wrap stays heated for up to an hour after being microwaved for 1-1/2 minutes to provide deep penetrating moist heat without water. For cold therapy, place the wrap in the freezer overnight.

Carex Bed Buddy Body Wrap Instructions:
To Use as a Hot Pack: Place in microwave for 1-1/2 minutes. If additional warmth is desired, continue microwaving in 20 second intervals - not to exceed 2-1/2 minutes total heating time per use.
To Use as a Cold Pack: Place in plastic bag and leave in freezer overnight.
