Elasto-Gel Therapy Wraps may be used for either hot or cold therapy. When heated, the wraps provide moist therapy heat and when used cold, wraps provide soothing cold without causing trauma to the skin or nerves. In addition, when used cold, the products remain soft and flexible even at -20 degrees F. The products will not dry out, become hard or change form and are re-usable. The therapy wraps are available in many different sizes and shapes, and their unique shapes conform to the contour of the body part being treated.
The Elasto-Gel Therapy Wraps are made by utilizing a patented, tough, flexible high glycerine gel that is covered with a four-way stretch material that allows maximum conformity, hot and cold transfer and comfort. The contruction of these wraps allow the individual to move about once the wrap is secured in place. The wraps are especially suited for use in the home, on the athletic field or in a health care facility.
