  • Unique two handled mug.
  • Allows multiple grip positions.
  • Microwave and dishwasher safe.
The Granny Jo Dignity Mug is a specially designed ceramic mug that provides additional stability for shaky hands from hand tremors. The two handles provide a secure grip, making it ideal for those with limited hand strength, flexibility or motor skill problems. The two extra-large handles are intended for those who no longer have the strength or dexterity to hold a mug with one hand.

The design of the Granny Jo Dignity Mug permits multiple grip options - the user can either grasp the outside of both handles, slide their fingers through the wide openings, or grip the body of the mug directly. The multiple grip options allow for increased stability and control by the drinker, improving their ability to maintain independence and personal dignity while drinking.

Granny Jo Dignity Mug Specifications:

  • Dimensions: Height 3.75 inches, mouth opening 3 inch diameter, overall width (handle to handle) 6.5 inches.
  • Capacity: 8 oz.
  • Construction: Ceramic.
  • Color: Beige.
  • Care: Microwave and dishwasher safe.

Granny Joe Dignity Cup
I like it. Good quality and it holds the right amount of liquid for a sensible/healthy amount of coffee, tea, or hot apple cider, IMO. The only thing I'd change or improve would be a slightly large handle opening for a man size hand. The handle works OK for me, but is a bit small for my medium size man hand(s). What's needed is a grandpa version for a man size hand for men. Even so, I still recommend the Granny size for men. It's perfect as is for women. I'm not handicapped. I just always wanted a two handle coffee cup for safely handing a hot drink to someone who isn't at a table. For example, when someone is sitting on a couch or recliner chair.

It seems nice, except it definitly is too small. It's barely 8 oz. We won't use it because of it... And I bought two of them.... Oh well!

I did not read the description well. The mug is glass, which worries me and I won't be using it. Products for seniors should be the same material as for a child. Great idea though.

2-handled Dignity Mug
My 90-year-old stepmother LOVES this mug! She has Parkinson's Disease which makes her hands shake. Being able to hold the mug by the two handles, rather than having one on the hot mug itself, has made it possible for her to SAFELY enjoy her morning cup of Joe again! Thank you!!!

Granny Jo Dignity Mug
I bought this as a present for my 92 year old Father. He absolutely loved it. He loved the size of the handles due to his limited dexterity of his fingers and the two handles. It was the least expensive and the most appreciated present I bought him.
